Making a formal complaint

If you want to make a formal complaint about content you have seen on Juice TV or on our website (juicetv.live and mood.live). Use the form below to lodge a formal complaint to Juice TV.

The Codes of Broadcasting Standards in New Zealand applies to programming on Juice TV after 1 July 2022. Formal complaints must be received by Juice TV within 20 working days of the programme airing.

Make sure to provide specific examples from the programme that you have concerns with and explain why you are lodging the complaint in full.
